In Rorschach Composition, I use mirroring as a way to open the image to interpretation. The symmetrical structure of Truchet tiles creates no single fixed meaning. One viewer may see a mask, another wings, a portal, a spine, an insect, a mechanism, or a ritual sign.
This composition grew from the idea that abstraction can become a psychological mirror. Gold lines on black create a sense of depth and inner glow, while symmetry intensifies the tension between recognition and the unknown. For me, Rorschach Composition is not an image of an object, but a visual test of perception: the algorithm creates the structure, and the viewer completes the image within themselves.
